Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism staff will work with you to install your bench at a mutual agreed upon location. Benches are installed during the spring and summer months after the first thaw due to concrete setting temperatures. Due to design regulations and other park management considerations, bench styles are selected by Parks, Recreation and Tourism staff. Availability is determined by park needs.

Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism staff will work with you to have your tree planted at a mutual and agreed upon location. Trees should be planted in the fall at least four weeks before first frost. Planted trees will be a native species to Prince William County Parks. Although more flexible than a bench, some considerations are made for trees such as the species, availability, location and other environmental factors.
